The progress of this $7.8 Billion dollar project is astounding! It never ceases to amaze me how quickly they build here in Las Vegas. This project is already changing the sky line of the Las Vegas Strip. I have great hopes that this project will infuse some much needed culture into the city with a free public art gallery plus new shows, and some incredible architecture. I wrote about each one of the residential opportunities in City Center in my Las Vegas High Rise Series. Here is a quick recap:
The Mandarin Oriental has 227 residences atop a 400 room hotel. Click on the picture for more details. This building is one of the few that will close “Gray Shell” so owners can put their own upgrades into the property. For personalization, this condo can’t be beat.

Vdara Condo Hotel Residences in City Center Las Vegas has 1,543 condo residences in a 57 story building just south of the Bellagio. There will be a pedestrian walkway connecting this building to the Bellagio. For more info, click on the picture to your left.
