This is one of the few high rise that offers a 5% earnest money deposit. Most high rises are asking for a minimum of 10% plus addition deposits at closing. This makes your out of cost expenses much lower. For investors looking to purchase a high rise, Streamline offers something unique: an on-site property management company which offers MUCH better rates than a standard condo/hotel. Typically condo/hotels in Las Vegas charge a client 50% of their profits to manage the rental. This company is far more competitive.
