I remember going into the sales center for Panorama Towers in 2003 looking at the gorgeous model, with sleek design, and a great view of the city. I was impressed and then I got to the price tag. “$325,000 for a Condo?!?!” I practically barked at the sales agent. Well, I wish I would have bought 10 of these units. Hindsight is 20/20! Anyway, I’ve been compiling information for my Las Vegas High Rise Series, and decided it would be a great time to re-investigate this project.
Since 2003, Tower 1 and Tower 2 have been completed, and Tower 3 is currently under construction. These towers are on Dean Martin Dr which runs parallel to the Las Vegas Strip. One thing I think Panorama Towers has going for it, is the spectacular views of City Center. It’s remarkable to see the $7.8 Billion MGM MIRAGE project being constructed from across the way. It’s truly the best vantage point to see the marvelous architecture. In fact, Panorama Towers is on the corner of Harmon Ave which is the direct route into City Center. You will be able to walk to world class shopping, casinos, and dinning in about 5 minutes. If you’re looking for great value, Panorama is the place to be. City Center has an average of $1200/sq ft where Panorama has prices ranging from under$500/sq ft. There are plenty of amenities Panorama Offers which include:

My biggest impression of the property when I revisited them, was the sense of modern ease. It wasn’t too stark and non-functional as some other modern designs I’ve seen. It looks like a fun, cool place to call home. All units come with marble and carpet flooring, upgraded stainless steel fixtures, upgraded stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling windows, granite counter tops, and views to die for without the hefty price tag at being in City Center.
